Layout Proposal
The layout is fully customised as per the customer’s requests, needs and wishes. After studying and analysing these requests, we will advise and propose creative, pertinent, and realistic options fitting precisely to the customer and crew member needs. During the conception of the layout, the airworthiness regulation and the specific constraints of the airplane are fully taken into account (flex joint, cargo door, lavatory location, weight and balance and noise level, etc.) This document can be used during the completion, sourcing and “ROM PRICE” request.
Trend Board & Material Selection
After research, trend boards and a selection of materials will be proposed to the customer. All proposed finished materials are complying with the most recent and strictest airworthiness regulations. Weight, maintainability, correct utilisation are always taken into account in accordance to the type of aircraft and the final use. In addition of the color board, the trend board can be the first visual document to define the base direction of the interior styles.
Aircraft Exterior Design
The process includes the study of the exterior paint scheme in elevation, perspective or in 3D and the development of sketches, designs, complete drawings, 3Ds, and unique prototype paint samples.After research, trend boards and a selection of materials will be proposed to the customer.
